Mohit Jain

Adv. Mohit Jain began independent tax practice in 2018 and formally enrolled as an Advocate upon completing his LLB in 2022. He practices before the GST Appellate Authority, CIT(A), ITAT, NCLT, and the Delhi High Court.

He co-edited GST in 2 Hours: The CTD Way! (2017) and produced the 60-Day Founder Compliance Series — a widely-followed educational programme for Indian entrepreneurs covering GST, income tax, ROC, and startup finance. He has published extensively on TaxGuru covering GST and income tax jurisprudence.

He is also the founder of NyayIQ — an AI-powered Indian tax judgement intelligence platform built to help tax professionals navigate case law more efficiently.

In 2021, he founded AdvoFin Consulting Pvt Ltd for accounting and compliance services. In 2026, he separated the litigation practice under MJ Lex Legal Chambers LLP — allowing both verticals to operate with dedicated focus.
